Jacki’s commitment to excellence and self-motivation have driven her extensive success in financial services, most notably in the areas of leadership, performance management, business strategy / execution, change management and continuous improvement.
Jacki’s interest in these areas has been sparked through many successful commercial banking, leadership and consulting roles in her career. Her authentic and personable communication style, underpinned by Undergraduate Business Studies in Accounting, drove early success in commercial lending, where it became clear that she possesses a unique ability to build customer advocacy and sales opportunities while balancing complex risk situations.
A passion for people emerged after moving into leadership positions. Completion of a Master of Human Resource Management degree further refined this enthusiasm in the areas of Leadership and Performance Management. Knowledge built through studies and experience has been skilfully implemented into district and state-level sales and operational leadership roles, where new or underperforming teams were built into highly performing and engaged teams.
More recently, Jacki enjoys sharing her approach to leadership and performance in a consulting environment, by helping other organisational leaders with strategies and practical tools to build team performance and culture.
