Dylan Van der Westhuizen is a dedicated office manager with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. Along with any incidental tasks that may arise, he also acts as an accountant and correspondent with clients and subcontractors. He works closely with Carole to ensure minimal downtime from chains of communication.
Dylan fully applies himself to every task that falls under his purview and takes the initiative to complete tasks without direction, allowing those he is supporting to focus on providing valuable services and delivering positive outcomes for clients. He is never content to leave anything as “good enough” and always strives for excellence.
